Essential steps to apply for an ASI committee or mentee program:

STEP 1: WHY?

• It's a great entryway into ASI and getting involved with student government.
• You'll make connections with others who are passionate about making change on campus.
• You'll enhance your leadership skills while having fun making a difference.

STEP 2: READ & LEARN

• Check out our committee Codes here to see which opportunities are of most interest to you.
• If you're looking for a broader overview of ASI and are a first-year student (freshman or transfer), explore our Compass Collective Mentorship Program.
• This program can help you identify areas that best match your interests.

STEP 3: APPLY

• Once you've explored your options, you're ready to apply.
• The deadline for both applications is Friday, September 4, 2026.
• After the deadline, ASI leadership will begin the review and interview process.
• Offers are expected to be made around late October 2026.
