Multicultural Leadership Certificate

The Multicultural Leadership Certificate Program was created to reflect on one's own cultural background to build self-awareness on their cultural values and how it impacts one's leadership style and philosophy. This program aims to increase cultural self-awareness and to learn how to communicate across cultures with greater empathy and clarity. 

Fall 2026 Commitment

  • Students must be able to commit to all 5 in-person sessions at CSUEB
  • 5 sessions are weekly on Tuesdays from 3 - 4 pm
  • October 6 - November 3
