Bike to Wherever Day- Thursday, May 14, 2026

Are you ready for Bike to Wherever this year? This year it will take place on Thursday, May 14, 2026.

Plan on stopping by an Energizer Station on your bicycle on your way to work or school. The Energizer Stations will have  snacks, swag bags, and opportunities to get involved with our many projects, including Safe Streets Hayward, Safe Streets Downtown, the East Bay Greenway, a new nighttime safety streetlights plan, and an update to our Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan.

The closest energizer station to campus is hosted by the City of Hayward at two locations

Downtown Hayward BART station in the morning from 7am - 10 am

South Hayward BART station in the afternoon from 4pm - 6 pm 

Come swing by and say hello as you make the change you want to see by biking, scooting, or rolling on Thursday, May 14!

Don't forget to pledge to ride on May 14th for Bike to Work Day! You’ll get a map of energizer stations and routes to ride to celebrate the big day! When you pledge to ride, you show our cities that bikes count.
