Digital and physical accessibility is a shared responsibility at AVÀÇ. Use the contacts below for help with accommodations, accessible course materials, web accessibility, technology purchases, and campus facilities.
Students: academic accommodations and accessibility support
If you are a student with a disability or medical condition and need accommodations (including testing, communication, or classroom-related support):

When submitting a ticket, mention that your request is related to web accessibility or the Accessible Technology Initiative (ATI).
Accessible technology purchases (ICT)
If you are planning to purchase or renew information and communication technology (ICT) such as software, web applications, digital platforms, or devices, you must follow the campus ICT purchase review process to ensure compliance with CSU policy, Section 508, and the ADA Title II web and mobile accessibility rule.
Procurement Services and the ICT review team can help you submit an ICT Review Request and understand accessibility requirements for vendors.
Facility and physical access on campus
For concerns about physical access to buildings, paths of travel, classrooms, or events (for example, ramps, doors, signage, or seating):
Report an accessibility barrier
If you encounter a barrier to access, there are several ways to report it:
- Use the Report an Accessibility Barrier form:
- Contact Accessibility Services directly at as@csueastbay.edu or 510-885-3868 to describe the barrier and request assistance.
- For barriers related to a specific website, you may also submit a request through the ITS Service Desk and indicate that it is a web accessibility issue.
